FEATURED JOB OPENING: COUPLE TO MANAGE SMALL RESORT ON OCEAN IN SOUTH FLORIDA

Looking for a dynamic, hard working, personable couple to fully run and manage all aspects of a 16 unit motel/resort on the Ocean in South Florida.  This property has been ranked no lower than #3 for 7 years on Tripadvisor.com and is in immaculate condition.  

All rooms are either 1 bedrooms or efficiencies and come equipped with full kitchens and baths.  Guests stay from 1 night to over 1 year.  Property has large pool and shuffleboard court and is located 1/2 block from the ocean (no streets to cross).

Interested parties need to be good at working together, personable, and quick problem solvers.  Responsibilities include: cleaning rooms, laundry, landscaping (it is a small property), pool maintenance, reservations, check-in and check-out.  Must be capable of fixing plumbing problems, electrical issues, and any sorts of problems that might arise.   Parties will be incentivized to increase sales through advertising and other means.

Compensation is salary (TBD based on experience) and a 1 bedroom apartment which includes phone, cell phone, utilities, and basic cable.  Bonus plan is structured around increasing sales. 

Couples will be fully responsible for this property and shall be deemed to run it as they see fit.  Excellent opportunity to be your own boss, run a business and live on the beach.
