FEATURED JOB OPENING: Community Manager and Property Maintenance Manager - Bloomington, IN

*Operation of 200 site Manufactured Home Community

*Seeking working couple - both Office Manager and Grounds Maintenance positions - husband/wife team acceptable

*Process all Move-ins/outs and leases
*Maintain accurate resident records and update Management on regular basis
*Enforcement of Community Rules and Regulations and maintain Community Standards
*Manage, Inspect, and Maintain the physical property of the Community and Community owned
equipment/inventory
*Marketing of homes sites within the Community
*Manage rent collection and processing delinquent accounts
*Manage, accurately process, research, and record all accounting functions as directed by Management
*Representing the Community on resident legal matters
*Present billing when necessary
*Manage and perform all day to day repair and maintenance to the facilities of the property
*Provide oversight and obtain bids as necessary to affect any Capital Improvements and/or approved contracted
operational expenditures
*Accomplish day to day maintenance projects and project punch list items
*Maintain positive image and relations with residents, contractors, and vendors
*Interact with Corporate Management through positive verbal communication, email, and text
*Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times and act as a role model for staff and residents
*Coordinate Community activities and publish a monthly newsletter for the residents of the Community
