FEATURED JOB OPENING: Chateau Property Managers - Laval, France

Amazing opportunity to manage a nineteenth century Chateau in the Pays de la Loire, France for an enthusiastic and energetic couple. The Chateau is used as a venue for luxury retreats run by Group Evolution Retreats and a holiday home for families, including the owners. We are looking for a couple that can care for the Chateau whilst working with the Group Evolution team to run and promote retreats, which include creative, sporting and wellness camps. 

The successful couple will be able to keep the Chateau to a high standard, including the gardens, outbuildings and health and wellness facilities. A comfortable basement flat is included, alongside all bills and the use of a car. Individuals will also be able to make use of the health and wellness facilities, including gym and pool, when guests are not on-site. It is essential that couples are able to work in France, speak English and preferably French and drive. The salary varies on the value candidates can offer to the business, up to  €50,000, €60,000 for exceptional candidates who assist with the business, including from social media, bookings management, assistant coaching to cooking for guests. A share in the business, with standard vesting provisions will also be available to the right candidates.

This is a full time role, but there is plenty of spare time to enjoy the wonders of the Pays de la Loire and be involved in the growth of our business, benefiting both financially and from the experience garnered, working with some of the best wellness and sports coaches from around the world. We are looking for candidates to start as soon as possible.
