Caretaking Couple: 2 Full time positions.

Live and work on a private island, off grid living. Boat handling skills a must, Handy skills.

Housekeeping;  seasonal deep cleaning of houses,turnover cleaning during guests seasons.  Maintenance of generators, solar panels, grounds, pools, vehicles, equipment, boats, houses. Firewood gathering; chainsaw, backhoe use. Woodsplitting/hydraulic splitter.  Painting. Large projects: waterlines, roads, docks, constuction.  Very physical/active jobs.  Works well with others. Team players, Communication/social skills, dependable, flexible, adaptable, self starters.  Problem-solvers; willing to learn new skills. Able/willing to help those for whom we work. Times when busy with guests preparations also interactions hospitality style. Times without guests. Willing/able to be on island without going to the mainland for periods of time. Willing to have a flexible work schedule as the job is not 9-5 or M-F. Covid vaccination required.
