FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker/Housekeeper Couple - North Lake Tahoe, CA

Housekeeper/Caretaker in exchange for 2 bedroom house +utilities on property by the Truckee River near Squaw Valey ski area.

Housekeeper Skills and Qualifications:Basic cooking lunch and dinner, assist caterers for guest lunches and dinners (mostly summer), simple cleaning, pick up, laundry, ironing (about 1 a month) Help organizing closets, drawers, storage areas, errands to P.O, Grocery shopping. Knowledge of and experience in cleaning house, cooking and entertaining, Ability to use various pieces of equipment and to adapt to different situations, organizational skills. tech skills appreciated. 

(Outside help for weekly house cleaning, mowing lawn, snow removal.)

Caretaker Skills and Responsibilities: Maintain yard in summer, prepare for fall, cleanup in spring. Maintain, store and set up summer furniture, put up and take down tennis court. Manage gardener, snow removal, waste removal. Mechanical skills and ability to repair pump, sprinklers helpful.(Handyman)

OK to have an outside job, if it doesn't interfere with caretaking responsibilities.  

Note: We are an active couple who travel frequently to San Francisco and abroad.
