FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker/Housekeeper Couple Needed - Aspen, CO

Full-time experienced Caretaker or Caretaker/Housekeeper couple wanted to take care of large home on large property in Aspen, Colorado.  The Caretaker will live on-site and must maintain all grounds, structures and roadways in excellent condition and maintain the home and its systems in excellent repair and condition at all times. 

Caretaker will combine hands on maintenance and facilities knowledge with management of outside vendors.  Caretaker will maintain the landscaping, plow snow from roadways and driveways, shovel snow from walkways and patio areas, monitor and maintain water, heating, electrical and other mechanical systems, maintain gutters, snowmelt systems, interior and exterior surfaces, and maintain all vehicles and equipment.

The Housekeeper duties include cleaning, laundry, ironing, purchasing of groceries and household supplies and assistance with meal preparation, service, and cleanup. 

Private caretaker’s house on-site is being offered.

Positions are full-time.  The owners will be in residence about 5 months per year.  Candidates for both jobs must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.
