FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker Couple/Gentlemen's Ranch - Star, ID

Seeking couple to help caretaker 80 acre gentlemen's ranch in Star, Idaho. Horse, dogs, chickens, lots of tractors and irrigation duties, as well as ability to oversee lawn care of main house and functioning/ projects. Would oversee and manage/coordinate 1 part time employee. Necessary to be on site when we travel and take care of animals, house etc.
We provide 1200 square foot 2 bed/ bath with fenced yard for you all.. (it is cute) beautiful location and flexible environment in return for hours worked on ranch-we prefer a couple willing to live on site and work off site- spouse working outside or off site job is great as well.we are really looking to trade living arrangements for hours worked .. There could be Income opportunity for housecleaning services- if you are looking for a time to live freely and work for rent - and seek employment In town- we encourage you to apply.. Communication skills are a must, project management and party planning, social skills and interpersonal relationship skills are crucial. Prefer a fit mature couple, no small children- pets negotiable, comfort and experience with horses is a plus.. Our last couple was with us 6 years..
