FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker Couple Wanted for Private Equestrian Estate - Southern New Hampshire, NH

Looking for a live-in Caretaker Couple for our 200-acre Private Equestrian Estate in Southern New Hampshire with sweeping views of the Monadnock Mountain Range.  The caretaker is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the estate including the buildings, landscaping, and barns. The overall duties include (but are not limited to):  maintenance of buildings, gardens, pastures, fencing, pool, vehicles, and equipment; general security; snow removal; and seasonal/one-time projects which require basic carpentry, electricity and plumbing.   

Other job responsibilities are part-time care of the horses and possibly house keeping 1 to 2 days a week -- vacuuming, cleaning, washing floors, laundry, etc. 

The owners and horses are only in-residence during the summer.  It is a live-in, full-time position and compensation includes a salary, paid vacation, paid sick days, regular time off, housing (beautiful 3-bedroom newly renovated caretaker’s house with gorgeous views), electricity, Internet, and Cable tv.
