FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker Couple - Ukiah, OR

We are looking for a couple to live on-site and work together as a Team. These position’s provide facility and grounds maintenance, housekeeping, and cooking.  You must be competent, accommodating to guests, able to manage on your own in a remote location by being resourceful and self- sufficient.

Lehman Hot Springs is one of the oldest traditions and resort gathering places in the Pacific Northwest.  The hot springs has been a place for relaxation, recuperation and wellness since this region was inhabited by native tribes.  With the Oregon Trail just miles away, settlers joined the tradition in the 1870’s and still today, Lehman Hot Springs welcomes and hosts guests thru all four seasons of the year.

The current owner’s family first purchased Lehman in 1925 and since then it has gone in and out of ownership of the family.  In 2012, the current owner repurchased the property after a time of significant decline in the property.  Since then, the family has been working to restore and rehabilitate the property so it can once again be a place to sooth and care for visitors.

These positions are an important part of that mission and play a key role in both the upkeep and maintenance of the property but also the guest experience. Currently, the resort hosts leadership retreats mostly during the summer months. Other groups, including non-profits, also use the property from time to time.  The property is also frequently used by the owner’s family members and guests.
