Great opportunity for a mature, stable, and hard-working couple to work and asssit with the operation of a very special large and beautiful 5 home estate contiguous and adjacent to The Great Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg TN. (a UNESCO World Heritage Site)

My 92 years-young active father and I live on the estate with two other staff members who will have some coordinating and overlapping duties.  Candidates must love dogs, Dad has two Weimaraners who love everyone.

$5,000 a month plus great home on the estate with utilities, TV, Internet, cell phone, and a vehicle.  We can discuss insurance if needed.  A Christmas/yearly performance bonus can be of significan value.  

This is not a 9-5 Job, and flexibility is important.  Throughout the year some times are very busy with some long hours, and some times are more quiet with opportunities for vacation/time off, etc.

The property is large and stunning.  Some of the original buildings need attention, so home repair, and house maintenance skills are vital.  One person should have "Jack of all trades"  repair and maintenance experience and skills;  and one person should have strong housekeeping abilities and experience; including laundry, ironing, some cooking/entertaining, etc.    

The ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate is essential.  

Of the houses; two are only for guests and periodically occupied, two are primary single-family member homes, and two are for caretaker and working couple.   

We need self-starters with "eyes open" for what needs to be done, the ability to coordinate and prioritize, and the drive to finish projects. (while maintaining general landscaping and upkeep of the premises.)
