FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker (or Couple) - Denver, CO

POSITION SUMMARY:

Denver family looking for caretakers, preferably be a couple, who will be responsible for outside maintenance and landscaping. Separate housing will be provided for the caretakers.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Project management requiring hands-on maintenance and supervision of outside vendors
• Providing knowledge and management of grounds maintenance for large and small projects to include landscaping  and mowing the lawn
• Provide Office supports 
• Providing knowledge and management of construction and home renovation projects.
• Additional tasks that may from time to time be assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• 10-15 years of experience as a skilled tradesman.
• Proven experience in supervising projects and people.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good common sense.
• Carpentry skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical skills, drywall repair, gardening, landscaping, pool maintenance and snowplowing is preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises others

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
