Treebones Resort in beautiful Big Sur is looking for a Couple to join our team! We are family built & operated off grid and perched lightly on the land. We are looking for a hardworking Couple who shares our ecological values along with a willingness to live in community, yet individually independent.

*Goal to have a couple join who has their own RV, we have a space available onsite.
RV can only be up to 25 ft long max. Sight has septic, water & power hookups.

*$500 Moving Bonus after 4 Weeks Employment Introductory Period*

Hiring 2 positions with the goal to fill the following open roles:

- Lodge Hand (PM shift - helping guests check into their yurts, and closing Lodge responsibilities)
- Daily Housekeeping (AM/Midday Shift - support cleaning our yurts, and deep clean of restrooms)
- Deep Clean (AM/Midday Shift - support deep clean of yurts)
- Breakfast (AM Shift - support setup/teardown of complimentary buffet, support in food prep for next day, and make togo lunches)

*We are looking to expand our yoga and massage therapist team. Please note if you are certified and this interests you.

Schedule: Both openings are 30-40 hours, roughly 4-5 shifts/week, 7-8 hours/day

Shifts may vary between AM (opening at 6:15am); PM (closing at 10p)

Days Off: Our goal will be to schedule you two consecutive days off to explore the area, hike, kayak, camp & participate in this highly unique remote Big Sur community.

Town for resupplying your home is approximately 45 minutes away in Cambria so you must have reliable transportation.

NO pets, sorry! Kindly do not inquire if you own a dog-even if it is tiny, no exceptions can be made at this time.

No Children Please - Housing does not accommodate children and our resort is 13+. It is workforce housing, meaning everyone living here must be employed and working.

*Resort operates a 10 month season, Team Members can travel and take time off from Mid-December until Mid-Fed. The close-out is not paid.
