Must have prior on-site property management experience. Franchise Motel a plus.

Must have experience in light maintenance/handyman skills and Pool and spa is a plus

Excellent communication skills

Computer Skills is a Must (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Own transportation required
