FEATURED JOB OPENING: Assistant Real Estate Property Managers - Sierra Vista, AZ

We are looking to hire a Couple to live on-site as Assistant Property Managers and help us in managing a gorgeous 118 Unit Luxury Apartment complex in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Must have either property management experience in managing apartments, hotels, motels or storage facilities.

We are owned and operated by Hawthorn Retirement Group the FASTEST growing Senior Living Commuinities in America. We currently have 47 properties located in the Continental US with and additional 10 communities scheduled to open by the end of this year 2014.

This is a live-onsite position with long hours and lots of hard work our number 1 goal as a company is to successfully manage our properties with 100% Resident Satisfaction and 100% Occupancy,so this is a sales, leasing and management position. Can you SELL, Show Apartments and CLOSE if so we want to hear from you. This is a $75,000-80,000.00 per year compensation package to include Salary, Bonus, Lodging, Utilities, Meals and a Comprehensive Benefits package to include, Health, Dental, Life, Disability and a 401K program.

This is a full time career position and great opportunity because of our GROWTH but you must be able to start immediately on or before September 20, 2014.
