The position provides a salary, assistant manager home, utility allowance, mileage reimbursement, and health insurance after 3 months employment.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and Screen potential applicants
• Rent Collection
• Evictions
• Fill Vacancies
• Check-In/Check-Out RV guests
• Escort RV guests to their space
• Enforce Park Rules
• Promote positive resident relations
• Park Maintenance (includes mowing, weedeating, and minor plumbing repairs)
• Equipment maintenance (oil changes, etc.)
• Property Inspections
• Cleaning (office, clubhouse, laundry, showers)
• Home Sales
• "On-Call" every other weekend
