FEATURED JOB OPENING: Apprentice Innkeeper Couple - North Conway, NH

IMMEDIATE HIRE IN BEAUTIFUL NEW ENGLAND. Learn the hotel business with a small but growing boutique hotel company. Limited but relevant experience OK.

Housing provided, monthly stipend ($2,000), year end bonus potential.

Your team: Hard work, eager to pitch in, handyman skills set, computer a must. If you ever wanted to run your own hotel as a couple but want to learn from bottom to top first hand, we will train you and use you as floater Innkeeper couple between 3 hotels. You will be doing LOTS of: housekeeping, guest interface, pool maint., laundry, room turns, front desk/coverage, hotel systems, property maintenance, admin, marketing, events coordination, guestv services, paperwork, landscaping, chores, and basically everything needed when running your own hotel. Fun flat organization with folks who work hard! We look for: ethical, professional, competent, and loyal people! Our teams in place are experienced and capable couples Innkeepers who run each hotel as a small business and have been successful across the board in growing the properties. They will involve you in ALL aspects of small hotel management and operations.

START IMMEDIATELY: 3 month- 1 Year term contract (renewable), YOU WILL BE PAID MONTHLY.  Travel allowance to get to us: Up to $500 depending on distances. You will split time between Cape Cod, Coastal Maine, and Mountains of New Hampshire. Legal Drivers a MUST.

Open Year Round--ski season too. Potential to work this into a perm assignment with one of our hotels or future hotels.

Our properties are small boutique mountain-beach-seaside location roadside resort mini-hotels (renovated/eclectic Inn-like) that have 5 Star Trip Advisor Awards (all). No Food & Beverage served/rooms only.
