FEATURED JOB OPENING: Apartment Property Management - Within the State of Ohio

Showe Management is currently seeking COUPLES to become part of our on-site apartment property management team at locations within the State of Ohio (due to retirement of current management personnel).  This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, position for both members of the COUPLES team staffing our properties. 

The position requires skills in office and personnel management (including computer knowledge) as well as general maintenance skills and abilities.  The COUPLE must be able to work well together, be able to communicate well with our residents and with each other.  Being very organized and self-disciplined as individuals is important to function well in these positions. 

One member of the COUPLES team is generally responsible for taking care of the ottice and the second individual is resposible for maintaiing the physical facilities.
