Co-Managers Wanted!!  Showe Management Corporation needs YOU as part of a really ENERGETIC COUPLES TEAM to co-manage an apartment community in Grants, NM. 

Grants is a diverse community of 10,000 people descending from many cultures and backgrounds and is located a pleasant one hour drive from Albuquerque on I-40.  Climate is mild year around which is typical of the high desert area.

The COUPLE must be self starters, very organized and disciplined, with basic clerical skills as one member of the team is responsible for all of the office and administrative functions while the other team member is responsible for all the physical facilities to include property buildings and apartments.

Housing and utilities included as well as access to medical coverage, a 401K plan, 9 paid holidays, paid vacations and maintenance uniforms.  This is a full-time position for both members of the COUPLES TEAM with normal working hours Monday through Friday.
