FEATURED JOB OPENING: Apartment Managers - Parma, OH

Our family-owned property management business is seeking QUALIFIED COUPLES to manage apartment communities in Parma,Ohio. This COUPLES POSITION is a full-time position for both team members whether they be a spouse, significant other or best friend and requires the ability to work and communicate well which each other and with our residents.

One member of the team will normally take the responsibility of the office management and this requires business and administrative skills and does require computer skills. The second team member has the responsibility of the maintenance functions throughout the property therefore a working knowledge of drywall repairs, minor electrical and plumbing, heating and air-conditioning (we train you in this skill) and painting techniques is necessary.
