APARTMENT MANAGEMENT COUPLE FOR JUST UNDER A 50 UNIT COMPLEX
IN THE PASADENA AREA OF CALIFORNIA

Compensation Includes:
•           Salary  
•           Spacious apartment with great view + 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths

Couple must have prior experience in apartment management:
•           Good communication and people skills.
•           Computer experience, Craig’s List, and up-to-date computer skills.
•           Credit and background check will be done.
•           Current written and signed resume’.

Requirements include:
•           On-site managerial residence.
•           Minimum 2 years of on-site management experience.
•           Leasing and record keeping skills.
•           Collecting rents, showing apartments, and responding to tenant needs.
•           Some maintenance and handyman experience required.
•           Coordinating work of outside vendors (plumbers, painters, gardeners, electricians, etc.).
•           Familiar with Fair Housing laws.
