7 Room Victorian Gem in Denver is hiring an experienced RESIDENT INNKEEPER COUPLE to run our Bed & Breakfast. Seasonal start with option to extend for the right candidate. 

Work closely with local owners and a part time Housekeeper. Owner mindset. 

Responsibilities include the full scope of day-to-day operations:

• housekeeping & general cleaning
• laundry
• continental breakfast
• guest services (excellent written & spoken communication)
• reservation management (strong computer literacy)
• inventory / purchasing (reliable vehicle & valid DL required)
• property management & maintenance
• help with group reservations & private events. 

We operate sustainably: prioritize composting & recycling, maintain houseplants in all rooms & an organic veg + flower garden.

Staired environment with Guest rooms on all 3 floors, basement laundry, no elevator. Candidates must have good mobility.

Compensation = Salary + On Site Lodging/Utilities/Parking + PTO + extras.
