IS LOOKING FOR

TWO RESIDENT NIGHT MANAGERS

In exchange for living rent-free in a shared one-bedroom apartment in a beautiful retirement facility in Newtown, Bucks County, the Night Managers will be on call every other week when the Office is closed.  A small monthly stipend will be paid. 

Duties will include:

• Providing coverage when the Office is closed (nights, weekends and holidays.)

• Checking the building periodically to make sure all doors, etc. are secure.

• Responding to resident emergency alarms and/or telephone calls.  They will not be expected to provide medical care but will call for any services needed and/or contact the families of residents with problems.  We do not expect anyone to stay awake all night.  When the alarm sounds you respond.  When the phone rings, you answer it.  When Residents call, you respond within reason.
