FEATURED JOB OPENING: 2-Person Resident Property Manager Team - Portland, Oregon

2-person Resident Property Manager Team  for established mini storage in the Portland area. This position is full time, permanent, 40 hours per week for each person. 

Can you wear a lot of hats? Do you like working together and sharing responsibilities? Can you work weekends? Do you like to provide excellent customer service, while still following company policy? Do you have a professional appearance with an “I CAN DO IT” attitude? Do you both have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and able to pass a background check?

 For the Office Person:  Are you friendly, detail oriented and like to help people? Are you good on the computer and great on the telephone where your friendly, smiling voice shows through? Can you keep your office and work space clean and neat? Are you comfortable leasing/selling? Do you like to work on account collections? Can you work in a fast past environment?

For the Maintenance Person:  Do you like “fixing things?”  Do you work clean and like a neat and organized shop?  Do you enjoy the variety of finding solutions to maintenance projects?  Are you familiar with most of the trades?  You would be responsible for landscaping, painting, repairs, deep cleaning of restrooms, hallways, etc.  Cleaning and moving U-Haul trucks. You would have a regular schedule plus the project list and also the “emergency repairs”. It is very helpful if you have your own tools.

Lastly, this is a non-smoking property meaning there is no smoking on or near the property including the apartment.
