Looking for an exceptional team that are Team players with previous Management experience. They must be personable, able to interact with a wide range of people, work well under pressure and in a fast paced enviornment, take initiative to prioritize tasks and mainainance during off-season, can juggle multiple tasks, and displays outstanding customer service. Must be able to do general upkeep of common areas and grounds, respond to guest generated maintance requests, such as plumbing, electrical, and painting.
Duties will also include guest check-ins, check-outs, registration, guest services and phone, social media, handling of cash, debit and credit cards, maintain general day to day accounting. Couple is responsible for the hiring and firing of employees and must maintain labour costs,and the day to day operations of the resort, reporting office administration and reports as required. Multiple languages a plus.
Requirements: Must live on-site to be able to respond to emergencies. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must have computer skills. Year-round.
