Dependable On-site Property Manager (or Couple) Needed for Family Farm in Driftless Area near Madison, Wisconsin

Looking for a stable, honest, experienced couple or individual to serve as on-site caretaker/property manager. Responsibilities include caring for five horses, a barn, dressage ring, tractor shed and oversight of main house on 88 acres of rolling hills. Other minor requirements include maintaining tack room and paddock area, feeding/grooming/handling horses daily and riding them as often as possible. Some coordination of out-sourced services necessary. Property manager has their own 1BR, 1 bath home with basement, a large deck and garden area overlooking a pasture and the barn. Need someone who is dependable, self-motivated, has good communication skills, loves horses and beautiful views. Require current references.
