We are seeking an EXPERIENCED SELF STORAGE RESIDENT MANAGEMENT COUPLE - THIS POSITION IS FOR 2 PEOPLE, please, NO singles need apply. 

We are looking for a team who are energetic, outgoing self-starters who have excellent sales, marketing and customer service skills, have professional telephone sales skills, who are well organized, good at collections and be physically able to perform general maintenance duties on the lot year around. They aggressively contribute to the profitability of the facility by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships and being committed to great customer satisfaction.  This position requires weekday and possible weekend work hours.  NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE SELF STORAGE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND BE A TWO PERSON TEAM!
