Experienced Innkeeper or Couple Wanted for 2017 Season: Our Bed and Breakfast is a luxury 5 room highly rated (#1 on TripAdvisor) inn nestled in the Teton Mountains of Victor Idaho, near Yellowstone and Teton National Park.

We are seeking an outgoing, highly organized and self-motivated couple or single person to manage operations. Responsibilities will vary depending on experience and skills. Great opportunity for growth and living the B&B lifestyle, on the job training available first season.

Responsibilities include:

·       exceptional guest services such as concierge services, resolving concerns and upselling packages and massages,

·       coordinate massage service and prepare packages,

·       inventory and vendor management of food, beer, wine and household supplies

·       preparation & serving gourmet multi course breakfasts,

·       sell and serve beer and/or wine to guests when needed,

·       phone and on line reservation management, guest check-in & check-out, payment reconciliation

·       housekeeping including; room turnover, laundry, kitchen clean-up and common area care.

·       lawn, garden and property maintenance,

·       book & organize small weddings and special events

Qualifications include:

·       excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,

·       willingness to go above and beyond

·       ability to organize and prioritize

·       positive attitude

·       couple must be able to work easily and seamlessly together

·       maintain a friendly and accommodating attitude for guests

·       must meet physical demands

Seasonal Details:

·       High Season-Summer-May 20th -September 30th

·       Low Season-October 1-30, December 1-March 31

·       Closed November 1st-30th, April 1st-May 19th (unpaid vacation)
