• 2+ years of industry experience

• Knowledge of computer operating systems (i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel); knowledge of YaWeidner Apartment Homes is seeking an energetic and driven couple who enjoys working with people, are creative problem-solvers, who both jump at the chance to step into a leadership role and are not afraid to take on various responsibilities.  We are looking for a Full-Time Apartment Manager and a Part-Time Maintenance Worker.

Responsibilities:

The Apartment Management Couple will be responsible for all aspects of efficient operations to include, but not be limited to:

• Effective management of one's team
• Streamlining processes
• Providing front-line support as needed
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Composing annual budgets
• Marketing
• General Maintenance
• Investigating and resolving tenant complaints
• Enforcing rules of occupancy

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industry experience
