North Dallas suburb storage facility needs new management couple.  Must be experienced and successful in the industry.  Our Class "A" project contains approximately 500 units, is 5 years old, in upper-scale community, stable at 90% occupancy, has virtually no delinquencies, includes incredible residence and is owned by two local individuals.  Current managers are retiring and the opening is immediate.  No smoking.  No pets.
