EXCITING COMMUNITY MANAGER & MAINTENANCE TEAM POSITION - Fresno, CA
My client is a professional property management company seeking a Property Maintenance/ Property Manager Team or Individuals for a few of their mobile home & RV park properties in the Fresno, Redding, and Red Bluff area.
Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible and able to multi-task. Great communication skill are important. Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) communicators are a plus but not required. Anyone with this experience should apply for a chance to be a part of a great and fast growing company.
Daily Duties of the job include but are not limited to:
- Managing resident concerns regarding maintenance and administrative issues
- Enforcing park rules and regulations
- Pool maintenance
- Basic record keeping/ daily log
Job requirements:
- Must have valid driver's license in good standing
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- HVAC Certification preferred, but not required
Salary requirements:
Compensation will be based on experience and skills and can range between $10.00 to $15.00 per hour + lodging and mileage reimbursement when applicable.
