There is ongoing active construction and maintenance to be managed with owner supervision and training.

House, shops, and outbuilding cleaning and organizing to be maintained in order for ongoing use as required.

Local seasonal and building labor need supervision per owner instructions but owner not always on site.

Multiple animals, but no children on site.
