We are looking for an energetic, live-in team to manage and maintain our newly opened beachfront boutique resort and vacation home. This role offers the perfect blend of purposeful work and an unparalleled coastal lifestyle.

Your Perfect Life Upgrade:

You get a stunning, brand-new, 2-bedroom beachfront home to live in—utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are all covered. Spend your free time fishing, harvesting fresh clams/oysters, or paddling the tranquil shores. You're minutes from 15 golf courses, amazing hiking trails, and just 40 minutes from the ski hills.

Your Mission (Keeping Paradise Polished):

We need a duo that is personable and practical:

You're a people-person who excels at guest hospitality.

You're technologically savvy (booking platforms, email, etc.).

You're comfortable with small maintenance tasks, light painting, and keeping the grounds tidy.

Bonus points if you have social media or marketing flair!

The Compensation:

Besides the incredible, free beachfront living, you will receive a  monthly wage plus a generous percentage of the property's revenues.
