Northland Christian School is seeking an individual or couple ready to create a family atmosphere for the international boy’s dormitory, housing students grades 7-12. House parents are in charge of running the dorm (schedule, dinner, extracurriculars), supporting student’s in their academic endeavors, arranging for excursions, and most importantly, providing an emotionally supportive, Godly home for these students, and to serve as their caregivers while studying in the US.  House parents must be resilient and flexible, ready to rise to any challenge or occasion. Ideal candidates also problem solve with students to work out most situations without involving other administration. 

Applicants must also be able to pass drug testing and criminal background checks. Housing and utilities are provided. Competitive salary.
