Domestic Couple wanted for Large Home & Property - Miami Beach, FL

Team wanted to maintain large home and property for semi-retired couple. Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry and ironing as well as standard housekeeping chores. Also running errands, cleaning cars, maintaining exterior, supervising pool service, lawn service, generator service, doing minor repairs, maintaining cleanliness of small boat, changing AC filters and other routine maintenance. Cooking skills are a plus. Fluent English is a must. Can be live in or out. Live in is a separate two bed two bath guesthouse that can have a separate entry in an upstairs bed and bath.
