 Domestic Couple Opportunity!

A family of five, residing in Old Westbury, NY, is seeking a Domestic Couple to handle all aspects of their home. Seeking a live-in, team of two, to work in tandem as they handle day to day household functions. Private guest house and vehicle are provided.

This is an opportunity to work and live in a positive and upbeat environment, utilizing your household management skills. You will assist a welcoming and grateful family with their busy household management and contribute to the overall functioning and well being of the family and home!

The ideal pair will be able to work in conjunction with one another to handle responsibilities both inside and outside the home. One team member will be dedicated to the inside duties and one to the outside, to ensure smooth functioning of the household.

Overall Responsibilities include: deep cleaning, family laundry, light ironing, occasional light cooking, vehicle maintenance, overseeing vendors and repair workers, gardening and lawn treatments, changing lightbulbs, errands, stocking the home, preparing the home for guests, maintaining the clay tennis court, overseeing the pool cleaner, operating the smart home system, assisting with the care of three family dogs and occasionally addressing repair issues in family's Manhattan apartment.

Responsibilities inside the household include:

• Knowledge of how to manage a formal home
• Deep Cleaning
• Family Laundry
• Light ironing
• Light Cooking

Responsibilities outside the household include:

• Vehicle maintenance (cleaning, scheduled servicing)
• Maintenance of outside furniture and terraces
• Dealing with repair personnel, vendors, building staff etc.
• Gardening (mowing, trimming)
• Knowledge of household repairs (plumbing electrical)
• Clay Tennis court maintenance
• Hire and supervise all outside vendors – repairs, maintenance, landscaping etc.
• Have knowledge of “Smart Home” security systems
