Domestic Couple- NY + FL - Waccabuc, NY

Highly skilled and professional domestic couple required for fine homes NY +FL.  Couple must be self-starters, take initiative and able to work without day-to-day direction or supervision.  The duties are traditional and require excellent cooking ability. Schedule is split between NY and FL according to season.

Responsibilities include:

• Meal and menu planning, shopping, preparing, and serving
• Hands-on housekeeping including: laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, dry cleaning, packing, unpacking and storing seasonal clothes
• Vendor Oversight
• Formal serving including entertaining.  
• House preparation: Grocery shopping, dry cleaning, household errands, cars washed, personal shopping, linens and change of beds.
• Vehicle maintenance and occasionally driving duties
• semi private accommodation 

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience as a Domestic Couple
• Excellent culinary skills
• Must be self directed, highly organized, 
• Great communications skills
