Domestic Couple Needed - San Diego, CA

Family is looking for two couples or two individuals for oversight if their 2 estates in Texas and Southern California.

This position is for a caretaker/property manager/groundskeeper position. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Benefits package and seperate apartment on property.

All candidates must speak Spanish. Security background preferred but not required and must be flexible with work schedule. Responsibilities may include: basic household upkeep/repairs (painting, light carpentry and plumbing); grounds keeping (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weed oulling, planting and watering); minor irrigation repair; pool cleaning; trash and recycling duties; housekeeping (including dishes, laundry and bathrooms); pet care; driving; meal serving and other household related errands and tasks.
