Domestic Couple - Montego Bay, Jamaica

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Domestic Couple for a semi-formal residence located in Montego Bay. Previous experience in a semi-formal residence is required. This is a live-out position. Applicants must have previous experience in private service for all elements of residential amenities, managing trades and vendors, general handyman skills, household inventories, home tech services and security.

Primary Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for the day to day running of the residence and property

·       hands on participation for interior and exterior care to maintain high standards and efficiency.

·       Table setting, food and beverage service

·       Day to day running of the residence and property amenities

·       Scheduling and supervision of trades / vendors / landscapers

·       Monitoring household budgets and costs for vendors and trades

·       Organize and manage household inventories, closets and storage areas

·       Planning and assisting with occasional entertaining for private and social events

·       Running of errands and grocery shopping

·       Greeting of guests and visitors, answering of telephone and taking messages

Applicant Qualities:

·       Yachting experience is considered an asset

·       Must have previous experience working in a semi-formal style residence

·       Applicants must be service oriented and self-starters

·       Knowledgeable with practical handy man experience and management of trades and vendors

·       Applicants should be energetic with a strong work ethic, strong communication skills and ability to anticipate needs of principals

·       Applicants should have a neat and polished appearance

·       Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times

·       One person must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record

·       Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Jamaica

Salary is commensurate with experience
