Well established family seeks highly qualified couple to perform, manage and oversee daily household activities for private family farm in rural WV. Property includes private residences, workshops, green house and fish ponds. Candidates for this position should possess domestic personal services experience, have verifiable references and be well versed in maintaining all household affairs.

Candidates must have extensive hands-on experience in housekeeping, deep cleaning, cooking, sous-chef duties, gardening, interior & exterior household maintenance, laundry and household inventory stocking. The position also requires landscape maintenance, tractor & large equipment operations, errands and household organizational skills.

Regular Duties will include; cleaning, errands, cooking, gardening, landscape maintenance, snow removal, household maintenance, inventory stocking, food preservation and other farm duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for organic gardening, cooking and food preservation, in addition to a service oriented sprit. A “can-do” attitude, commitment, and confidentiality are required. Clean criminal and credit background is also required, in addition to verifiable references.

This is a “hands-on” position requiring daily and deep cleaning of private residences, meal prep and food preservation, as well as outside garden and landscaping work. The couple would manage some outside vendors but primary duties are expected to be performed by the couple themselves. This location is rural, however, there is wireless internet throughout the property.

Compensation includes combined salary commensurate with the location and candidates’ skillset, 2-bedroom 1-bathroom private home onsite and full benefits package which includes medical, dental and vision coverage.
