Estate Manager and Housekeeper Domestic Couple sought for beautiful property on the coast of Jersey. The property is home to a professional couple and their 11 year old child. Two older children not based full time at the residence. The coastal property is set across 50 acres and is staffed by an estate team.

The Estate Manager will have a hands on approach and be responsible for a team of up to 4 people. Duties will include but are not limited to the following; supervision of the team, maintenance of woodland, lawn and kitchen garden. Running of a weekly record report, working to a budget and security for the estate. Tractor driving experience is essential. The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for laundry, cleaning, ironing, shopping and running errands when required. One of the principals is a keen cook, however the Housekeeper should be willing to prepare and cook a healthy meal to a good standard when required. The family have a dog which the Couple should be open to caring for on an ad hoc basis. The principals are looking for an experienced Couple, who are team players and have a flexible nature and to occasionally travel to their UK property.

Accommodation provided is a private and spacious 2.5 bed semi-detached cottage with bathroom, shower room, living room, kitchen and diner with its own garden. Cottage can either come furnished or unfurnished. All utilities would be covered by employer apart from Wi-Fi, TV license and phone line. One pet considered.

Two drivers are essential. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-4pm subject to seasonal variations for the Estate Manger and 9am-5pm for the Housekeeper.

A generous salary up to £80kgpa is on offer dependent on experience. Interviews to commence immediately for an ASAP start.
