Domestic couple sought for role in Truro, Cornwall. The estate is home to a friendly family of four including two children aged 12 and 9. The family are looking for a couple to stay long term and become part of the team.

The Groundsman will be responsible for general maintenance and handywork around the house, assisting the full time gardener, occasional local driving, swimming pool maintenance, maintaining machinery and overseeing the property.

The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning, laundry, shopping, ironing and helping to prepare some meals although the principals are keen cooks. Other duties may include light gardening if the candidate has an interest in this, flower arranging and running errands.

The couple will be asked to dog sit when the principals are away and watch over the children up to 2 evenings a month. This role would suit a discreet couple who are hardworking, energetic, organised and respectful. Gardener and part time cleaners employed

Accommodation provided is self-contained secluded 2-bedroom cottage with private garden, available furnished or unfurnished. Utilities included and pets considered. One driver with own car essential (mileage will be reimbursed). Salary on offer up to £65kgpa. Working Monday-Friday 9am-5/5.30pm, up to 45 hours per week plus occasional weekends agreed in advanced. Interviews to commence immediately for a December 2022 start.
