Who can collaborate with ownership to create a diverse and inspiring menu that is reflective of our location and our objectives; has a positive and supportive leadership style that can effectively develop and guide a culinary staff; can maintain focus on sustainable sourcing with manageable costs and consistent quality; and is a patient and resourceful. We are looking for a person who can craft a culinary experience that is genuine and memorable. We are a Farm-to-Forest Restaurant with an emphasis on sourcing locally, organically and sustainably.
