JOB DESCRIPTION

Position available for energetic couple looking to grow a successful business in a quaint New England Village. This magnificent Victorian bed and breakfast has 9 rooms and is located on 5 acres in the middle of town. Inn keeping experience is essential, and an entrepreneurial spirit is welcome.  Owners are willing to offer financial participation in the expansion of this business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job requires strong hospitality skills, organizational skills and ability to multi task. Innkeepers are responsible for breakfast, housekeeping and laundry, as well as managing the daily operations of a country inn: maintaining accounting books, guest reservations, check in, guest relations, light gardening and overseeing part-time employees and vendors. Ability to create and execute marketing programs is strongly desired. Creativity and energy is essential to succeed as the potential for expanding this business is huge.  Owners are eager to fill this position ASAP.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.  Package includes a large 5-bedroom house for innkeepers.
