Couples Opportunity! Community Manager AND Maintenance Manager for RV Resort Community - Gilroy, OR

My client has a beautiful mobile home and RV community in Gilroy, CA. Previous mobile home/and or RV experience is required. Both of you will be the leaders of the community...One person will be focused on managing the modular home and RV community. The other will provide hands on maintenance and landscaping work for the community.

The Community Manager must have excellent communications skills to interact in a positive fashion with all residents in guests. Previous knowledge in property management, reporting and budgeting, and maintaining strong occupancy percentages. The ideal Maintenance Supervisor will be HANDS-ON...conducting plumbing repair, landscaping, electrical work to ensure the community is operating smoothly. - Ability to work well as a couple without little supervision - Previous track record of going over and above and exceeding expectations - Both Community Manager AND Maintenance Supervisor must be hands on and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills - Detailed-Oriented, Self-Motivated, and Passionate - Computer literate - Previous experience using various software application to facilitate and successfully complete tasks? - Results-driven, strong business acumen. - Strong work ethic and ability to use integrity at all times.
