Couples Management Team - Seatac Area, WA

Seeking highly motivated HANDS ON couple: will be responsible for collections, bookkeeping entry and report generating. Basic understanding of landlord/tenant laws a plus.  Must be customer service oriented and able to multi-task. Duties may include leasing, filing, billing, collections, charts, graphs. Experience with painting, drywall, plumbing, roofing, work-order repairs, and clean up. Skilled with landscaping equipment and basic tools for repairs needed. Good people skills. This is a full-time position with medical insurance and 401k. Annual salary will be commensurate with experience. Looking for a couple desiring longevity with a great company.
