Couples Innkeepers - Mendocino, CA

Seeking an enthusiastic couple to oversee daily operations at a bed & breakfast located in Mendocino, CA.  The beautiful oceanfront property includes a main house with guest rooms and eight cottages sattered on two acres of coastal grounds. Owners are managing the property remotely, so this position requires the couple to live on-site and be available 24/7 in case of emergency. 

The position involves all aspecs of inn keeping, including, but not limited to: taking reservations, preparing and serving brekfast, concierge services, light housekeeping and supervision of six part-time employees.  Some computer skills reuired.  the ideal couple wil be trustworthy, reliable and professional with open and honest communication. Excellent custokmer service skills and friendly, outgoing personalities are a must.  This is a challenging, yet rewarding venture for hardworking, detail-oriented, multi -taskers who are dedicated to providing first-class guest hospitality while living in a breathtaking environment. 

Compensation includes monthly salary, performance bonus opportunity, paid vacation, on-site quarters and utilities.  No pets, no children and no smokers please.  Position provides for eight weeks of working and then one week off.
