If you are outgoing, motivated, and a super all-star salesperson, join our team!   We are seeking a Resident Property Management Team to manage the day-to-day operations of a Class A Self Storage facility. As a Resident Property Management Team you will perform maintenance tasks to keep an exceptionally clean facility, greet customers and other facility visitors and provide high- quality customer service. You will show, rent and clean storage units, possibly supervise an Assistant Manager and keep tabs on all vendors.

Will you enthusiastically sell products and services in person and over the phone? Set appointments? Make reservations? You will also perform monthly market surveys as requested by the corporate office to check the rates and services offered by local self-storage competitors.

Facility Location is Virginia Beach, VA

 Job Responsibilities

As a Resident Property Management Team, you will process liens when necessary, perform daily lock checks and patrol the facility on a continual basis. You will also make collection calls to late tenants and send out legal letters and notices to late tenants in advance of storage unit auctions, which you will oversee.  Additional responsibilities of the Resident Property Management Team include:

·         Communicating facility issues to the corporate office in a timely manner (email and photos)

·         Cleaning the facility including  trash removal, sweeping, mopping and any other necessary tasks

·         Renting, moving, cleaning and general maintenance of our FREE truck

Other Pay: Two bedroom apartment & utilities, bonus system
