Couple Wanted to Manage Small Motel (East Pompano Beach) - Pompano Beach, FL

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NON SMOKING COUPLE or individual with no children for a permanent,  live in  position  for a 9 room Motel on the beach in South Florida to start immediately. 

WE AE ONLY LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL OR COUPLE WHO HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE MANAGING OR WORKING  IN A MOTEL OR B&B FOR NO LESS THAN ONE YEAR.  NO EXCEPTIONS

Must be available to interview in person.  Bilingual a plus not not required.

You will handle the running of the whole  property from reservations, checkin and check out, cleaning rooms, laundry, maintenance and care of the swimming pool.  There is no other staff, so you are expected to be abe to perform all these duties yourselves.  Must have motel or B&B experience.  Must have light maintenance skills.  Strong computer skills are also needed as the reservation system is computerized and there will be online marketing.  This is a seven day a week job.  It does not require all your attention all the time, but you must pay attention to details all thetime and be available to the guests.  Compensation is a studio apartment, all utilities paid, including phone, direct TV, and internet and $1,500/month for the couple.
