Couple needed to support Innkeepers at Luxury Inn! - Rodden, IL

A beautiful 2 room, 5 cottage luxury resort seeks a capable, hands-on team to support its two innkeepers and housekeeping staff.

The ideal couple will feel confident not only working in the housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, and laundry departments (together or separately) but also assisting with breakfast.

We are undergoing a restructuring of a 31-year-old successful inn - the new innkeepers are looking to streamline services which include but are not limited to: 4-course breakfast delivery to rooms/cottages, floral arranging, picnics on the grounds, massage services, a general store, and serving a 7-course dinner. 

As I get our staffing needs met, I hope to set a schedule of a 40-hour workweek for each member of the team, as well as 2 days off each week.

However, due to the nature of hospitality, this number will fluctuate up and down depending on occupancy.

The salary is $1300 per week (per couple) and includes a gorgeous, off-site (10-minute drive) one-bedroom apartment in downtown Elizabeth, IL.

Work begins right away (within the next 3-4 weeks) and could be year-round or seasonal depending on applicants' interests.
