Couple needed for Mobile Home Park - Ham Lake, MN
I'm seeking a community management couple.
One person will need to have the office experience and responsibilities. The other will be in charge of the grounds and maintenance and needs to understand the weather in the area and needs in terms of snow plowing, etc.
The coupld should have prior and proven experience in being a management team.
Pay is $50k for the couple as well as housing.
